I haven't finished the birthday blog for Peyton yet.

4 yrs and 6 months!

Wow! What a milestone weekend. I am still working on Peyton's birthday post, so bear with me.

Peyton turned 4 on Friday. She was blessed to be able to spend her 4th birthday with her Nana and Papa in Ohio. Nana had a great party planned for her and Poppy, Nana Becky and Kelsey were even able to make it! (they are friends of ours who moved to OH last year). Check back for the birthday wishes and pictures of Peyton later this week!

Also, Brady is now 6 months old. Where has the time gone? The 2 of them don't have their well check ups until next week, so we will just wait for the new stats instead of guessing for you. I will have new posts this week for both Peyton and Brady...and probably a little one for Gavin too...He loves life so much and is changing way too fast lately...but more on that with a different post.

Comfort from a child

I was crying today and Gavin saw me. He said, "Aw mommy, you are sad. Do you want your daddy?" He then hugged me and ran off to play. It made me think...a lot! Who knew a 2 1/2 yr old could be so deep.

I miss my dad so much, but I also am missing time with my heavenly Father. Once again I am reminded of what an awesome thing that our Spiritual Father did when he gave us fathers here on Earth as well. I am blessed to have a great one!
